  5. FastWave is a DLL that provides easy
  6. management of WAV files for an application,
  7. as well as improved playing performance.
  8. FastWave uses collections of WAV files called
  9. Vaults.  A Vault is simply a group of WAV
  10. files bundled into one file having a VLT
  11. extension.  Included in the FastWave package
  12. is a utility called the Vault Builder.  This 
  13. application helps you to manage these Vault
  14. files.
